We ship Monday through Thursday to keep your cakes fresh and fabulous. While we always hustle to send them out quickly, things like weather, demand, or UPS delays can sometimes slow things down.
Don’t worry—we’ll provide tracking so you can follow your cake’s journey, and we’re here to help if you need support.
Totally fine! The ice packs are just there to keep your cakes cozy on the journey, not frozen. If they’re melted, it means they did their job. Simply pop your cakes in the fridge (or freezer if saving them for later) and they’ll be ready when you are. We’ve tested them to make sure they travel safely—even in warm weather.
Not at all! The seal can sometimes pop up if you loosened it while opening, or simply because we packed the jar to the brim with cake-y goodness. Either way, it doesn’t affect freshness, flavor, or safety—your cake is still moist, tasty, and ready to enjoy. If you’re ever unsure, snap a quick photo and send it our way—we’re always happy to double-check.
